Well before going in depth as to how to face Interviews, let us begin with what actually is Interview ? Interview is a face to face consultation or in other words it is face to face interaction between an interviewer and a candidate/interviewee selected for interview. The candidate goes through a series of questions put up by the interviewer to bring out the facts from him.

HR Interviews and FAQ's

HR Interviews also known as Human Resource interviews are done to evaluate :-
  • Confidence
  • Attitude you have towards your work
  • Communication skills
  • Aptitude solving
  • How fast you can mix-up or fit within the company.
There are a common set of questions that an interviewer may ask. Some of them are as follows :-
  • Introduce yourself or Tell me about yourself and your family.
  • Why do you want to work for us and why should we hire you ?
  • Strength's/Weaknesses
  • Are you applying for some other jobs apart from this ?
  • What salary are you expecting or you want ?
  • Tell something about our organisation or What do you know about our organisation ?
  • What are you looking for in your job ?
  • What about your past job and why did you leave it ?
  • Any questions ?
